Service Description
T.H.A.T Life is now offering virtual ceremonies as allowed by Executive Order 2020-36 by Governor J.B. Pritzker. https://www.illinois.gov/government/executive-orders/executive-order.executive-order-number-36.2020.html PLEASE READ CAREFULLY FOR FURTHER DETAILS 1 We can only perform marriages for couples in possession of a marriage license issued within the state of Illinois. 2 If you are already in possession of your license, you must pay in full to secure your date. This fee includes a pre-ceremony virtual meeting to discuss the details of the process and ceremony. 3 If you have yet to obtain your marriage license you may apply for one at the city clerk's office. Please keep in mind that this is a state provided service, therefore, T.H.A.T Life has no control of the process to obtain a marriage license. 4 If you have yet to apply for a marriage license, or if you have applied for your license and HAVE NOT received it, you may move forward with booking your ceremony; however, please note that you must be in possession of a valid marriage license by the date of your ceremony. If you are not in possession of a valid marriage license at the time of the scheduled ceremony, the ceremony will be postponed until the marriage license can be obtained. Both you and your witness must be in the state of Illinois at the time of the ceremony and must attest to your location. You must show proof of identification at the time of the ceremony.
Cancellation Policy
All sessions are nonrefundable. Clients may reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
